Job Responsibilities 1、Based on the product stage and market environment, develop and drive the full-lifecycle growth strategy for the App, breaking down the North Star metric and stage-wise growth targets for App growth. 2、Coordinate multi-channel user acquisition, including but not limited to paid user acquisition, channel expansion, and app store optimization; uncover in-product growth mechanics (e.g., viral loops, sharing incentives) to drive organic user growth; monitor and optimize key ROI/ROAS metrics and take ownership of CAC. 3、Beyond conventional growth channels, explore new models for content seeding and brand breakthrough to drive precise traffic conversion into the App. 4、Build an end-to-end data monitoring and attribution system for the App, establish a high-frequency A/B testing framework, and continuously validate optimal solutions for ad creative, App landing pages, and other content. 5、Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify differentiated positioning opportunities, providing growth-side inputs for product iteration direction.

岗位职责 1、结合产品阶段与市场环境, 制定并推进 App 端全生命周期增长策略，拆解App增长的北极星指标及阶段性增长目标。 2、统筹多渠道获客，包含但不限于买量投放、渠道拓展、商店优化，挖掘产品内的传播机制（如裂变、分享激励），推动用户自增长，监控并优化关键 ROI/ROAS 指标，对 CAC负责。 3、除常规增长渠道外，探索内容种草与品牌破圈的新模式，推动流量向App端的精准转化。 4、建立 App 端的全链路数据监测与归因体系，建立高频 A/B 测试机制，持续验证广告创意、App 落地页等内容的最佳方案。 5、洞察行业趋势与竞品动态，找到差异化竞争切入点，为产品迭代方向提供增长侧输入。

Job Requirements 1、3+ years of experience in internet growth/user operations, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading App growth. Candidates who have led App growth projects from 0 to 1 or during high-growth phases are preferred. 2、Growth background in AI software, SaaS, or subscription-based Apps is preferred; familiarity with in-app subscription optimization logic is a plus. 3、Awareness of emerging AI search engine/Agent traffic trends, with creative thinking and the ability to build innovative Growth Loop (growth flywheel) frameworks. 4、High resilience under pressure, with an exceptional drive and sense of responsibility for business outcomes.
