1. Take full ownership of various ad-hoc and cross-boundary tasks for the CEO, proactively taking on unassigned work; 2. Perform detailed execution tasks including meeting minutes, action item tracking, documentation, and data collection; 3. Collaborate with product, R&D, operations and other teams to drive cross-functional tasks to completion; 4. Establish standardized processes for repetitive tasks, ensuring error-free and timely completion of all routine work. 1、负责CEO日常各类临时性、跨边界任务的兜底执行，主动承接无人认领的工作事项； 2、完成会议纪要整理、待办事项追踪、文档撰写、数据收集等精细化执行工作； 3、协同产品、研发、运营等部门，推动跨团队事项的闭环落地； 4、对重复性事务建立标准化流程，确保琐碎工作零差错、高时效完成。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of experience or outstanding fresh graduate, with solid documentation and collaboration tool skills; 2. No task is too small or too big; maintain the same high standards for all work. Pursue extreme execution and deliver beyond expectations in every detail; 3. Well-rounded competencies: fast learner, logical thinker, effective communicator, resilient, detail-oriented, and highly reliable; 4. Highly self-motivated, proactively stepping in to close loops, with foundational knowledge of AI and a commitment to long-term growth in the field.
