1. Developer Support: Manage daily developer support across Discord, GitHub Issues and official documentation, and respond promptly to API usage issues and product feedback. 2. Developer Content Creation: Produce structured tutorials, sample projects, live coding sessions and technical articles to build reusable onboarding resources and growth assets for developers. 3. Community Operation & Events: Plan and execute hackathons, developer meetups, online workshops and developer competitions to cultivate a cohesive and engaged community with strong sense of belonging. 4. Internal Advocacy: Systematically collect and feed back developer pain points, feature requests and product experience issues to product and algorithm teams, driving the iteration of product roadmaps based on real community voices. 5. Community Culture Building: Define community tone, rituals and incentive mechanisms to sustain long-term community health and active ecosystem growth. 6. Cutting-edge Tech Insight: Capture trending and frontier technologies, combine them with multimodal capabilities, and build innovative demos to guide community technical trends.

1. Over 3 years of experience in DevRel, developer operations or developer content creation. Background in 3D, games, AI infrastructure or creative tool products is preferred; hands-on experience building projects with Tripo API is a strong plus. 2. Solid coding skills with the ability to independently build production-level demo projects. Demonstrable personal projects on GitHub with active stars or forks is preferred. 3. Practical proficiency in at least one of Blender, Unity or Unreal, capable of creating authentic content from a developer’s perspective. 4. Strong technical writing and public speaking abilities, capable of independently delivering technical live streams, offline sharing sessions and multi-platform content releases. 5. Excellent English oral communication skills.
