The posting

1. Own SEO and organic growth for the Web product, optimizing keywords, content, internal linking, and landing pages to drive organic traffic and search rankings. 2. Optimize the conversion journey from organic traffic to product usage, including landing pages, registration flows, and key user journeys. 3. Use funnel analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, validate solutions, and drive continuous product improvements. 4. Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design to prototyping, PRDs, and cross-functional execution.

1. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in Web products, growth, or SEO. 2. Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth fundamentals, including keywords, indexing, crawling, and search rankings. 3. Strong product sense and ability to independently drive product design, write PRDs, and collaborate across teams. 4. Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity; proficient in Excel. SQL or A/B testing experience is a plus. 5. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
