1. Integrated Marketing & PMM Oversight: Manage central integrated marketing and global regional marketing pipelines, act as the core strategic liaison for central campaign ownership and partnership business development. 2. Full Product Line Revenue KPI Accountability: Collaborate with business leaders and growth teams across all product lines, take overall ownership of global GMV, ARR and paid user volume, and formulate quarterly and annual revenue roadmaps. 3. Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Engage senior management of strategic ecosystem partners, and lead commercial negotiations and brand storytelling for key partnerships. 4. Global Launch Schedule Governance: Coordinate regional leads to execute milestone product global launches and align rollout timelines across all markets. 5. Cross-functional Strategic Alignment: Align objectives and schedules with Product, Sales, Brand and Design teams to position marketing as a front-end business growth driver.

1. Over 5 years of marketing leadership experience with proven full-cycle global P&L management track record. 2. Global business experience, having independently built marketing systems from scratch for multiple overseas markets. 3. Marketing capabilities covering hybrid B2B and B2C scenarios, with solid understanding of SaaS subscription models as well as consumer-side subscription and payment conversion funnels. 4. Familiar with industry ecosystems including AI, SaaS and creator economy, with sharp insights and genuine enthusiasm for AI generation verticals. 5. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for daily work, capable of in-depth direct communication with overseas teams, partners and media.
