1、建设微服务与云原生底座：负责微服务框架、注册发现、配置中心、网关、多环境、容器化、持续交付与服务治理等能力的设计和演进，降低业务服务的开发、发布和治理成本，支撑产品快速稳定迭代。 2、建设通用基础服务平台：沉淀身份权限、长连接、私信、任务中心、A/B Test、文件上传与处理等代表能力，形成标准化、可复用的通用基础服务，减少重复建设并提升业务试错效率。 3、建设全球化基础设施：负责多地域部署、流量调度、数据同步、时区与语言适配、合规、访问加速及容灾能力建设，保障全球用户在不同区域都能获得可靠、一致且高性能的服务体验。 4、建设稳定性与可观测性体系：完善日志、指标、链路、告警与 SLO 平台，推进容量治理、性能压测、故障演练和应急响应，提升问题发现、定位、恢复效率和系统整体韧性。 5、建设 AI 研发效能平台：探索并落地 AI 编程、代码评审、自动化测试、研发知识库、故障诊断 Agent 等能力，贯通研发全流程提效，让 AI 经验成为团队可规模化复用的工程能力。 6、推动架构演进与协作闭环：主动识别跨业务的共性问题，制定技术规划并推动多团队接入；通过线上问题复盘、治理专项与效果跟踪完成闭环，持续提升基础平台的覆盖度和业务价值。

1、3 年及以上后端研发经验，能够独立负责复杂系统的架构设计、关键模块开发和全流程落地。 2、熟练掌握 Golang、Java 等至少一种主流后端语言，具备扎实的网络通信、并发编程与工程实践基础。 3、熟悉分布式系统设计，理解一致性、可靠性、限流熔断等核心问题；熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常见中间件并能解决实际问题。 4、熟悉云原生与微服务治理，具备服务化、容器化、持续交付、配置与发布管理等相关实践，能在演进中平衡效率、成本与风险。 5、具备稳定性建设意识和复杂线上问题处理能力，能够基于监控、日志与链路分析定位问题，并推动性能、容量、容灾等改进落地。 6、具备平台 Owner 意识和跨团队推动能力，能从共性需求中抽象平台能力，主动暴露风险、推进协作并对结果负责。 加分项 1、有长连接、即时通信、统一身份认证、权限体系或其他通用服务的设计与落地经验。 2、有全球多地域部署、跨地域数据同步、数据合规、海外访问加速或地域容灾相关经验。 3、有可观测性、容量治理、压测、故障演练或容灾平台建设经验。 4、有 AI 工程效能、智能代码工具、研发知识库或研发 Agent 的平台化实践经验。
