1. 为AI相关业务提供日常知识产权法律支持。 2. 负责公司全球知识产权战略规划及体系建设，制定知识产权保护、布局、运营及风险防控方案。 3. 负责公司专利管理、挖掘、申请、布局等相关工作；负责全球商标、品牌、域名及权属保护等工作；建立并完善商业秘密保护体系。 4. 跟踪全球AI及知识产权法律、政策和行业趋势，提供前瞻性风险判断和战略建议。 5. 其他日常支持工作

任职要求

1. 法律或理工科相关专业背景，具有中国、美国或其他主要司法辖区律师或专利代理资格者优先。 2. 具有5年以上的知识产权实务经验，熟悉专利、商标、版权、商业秘密保护等业务，熟悉AI、互联网平台或高科技企业的相关知识产权问题。 3. 具备较强的技术理解能力，能够与技术和产品团队直接沟通。 4. 具有全球知识产权视野，能够统筹主要市场的知识产权布局和风险管理。 5. 具备较强的战略思维、商业判断和项目推动能力，能够在快速变化和法律规则尚未完全成熟的环境下作出务实决策。 6. 中英文可作为工作语言。
