The posting

1. 负责员工关系相关工作，包括员工沟通、劳动合同、试用期、绩效风险、离职、劳动争议等事项的处理与跟进。

2. 支持公司HR制度、员工手册、流程和SOP的制定、优化及落地，确保符合中国大陆劳动法规及公司管理要求。

3. 为HRBP和业务管理者提供员工关系建议，协助处理员工沟通、低绩效、组织调整、岗位变动等场景中的风险问题。

4. 参与劳动争议、仲裁、投诉及合规风险事件处理，做好资料整理、证据留存和风险闭环。

5. 支持员工关怀、员工沟通和组织氛围建设，帮助提升员工体验和团队稳定性。

6. 根据公司国际化发展需要，协助了解海外员工关系、EOR或基础用工合规事项。

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上员工关系、HRBP或综合人力资源相关经验。

2. 熟悉中国大陆劳动法律法规，具备员工关系、劳动争议、绩效风险或离职管理相关实操经验。

3. 具备较强的风险意识、沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力。

4. 工作细致，责任心强，能够处理复杂、敏感或不确定的人力资源问题。

5. 有互联网、科技、AI或快速发展公司经验优先。

6. 有海外员工关系、EOR、跨国用工或英文工作经验者优先。
