Job Responsibilities 1.Take charge of core business development and version iteration of Tripo App, and drive the implementation of 3D business scenarios and Agent interactive features. 2.Be responsible for mobile rendering performance optimization, memory management and interactive experience improvement. 3.Lead the development of basic mobile capabilities and stability management, including crash mitigation, performance tuning under extreme scenarios and troubleshooting of online issues. 4.Deeply participate in mobile architecture design, build highly extensible architecture to support on-device AI and complex 3D interactions, and improve R&D efficiency. 5.Facilitate efficient cross-team collaboration, work closely with algorithm, 3D art and product teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

岗位职责 1、负责Tripo App核心业务开发与版本迭代，推进 3D 业务场景与 Agent 互动功能落地； 2、负责移动端渲染性能优化、内存治理与交互体验升级； 3、负责移动端基础能力建设与稳定性治理，包括崩溃治理、严苛场景下的性能调优及线上问题排查； 4、深度参与移动端架构设计，构建高扩展性架构以支撑端侧 AI 与复杂 3D 互动，提升研发效率； 5、推动跨团队高效协作，紧密联动算法、3D 美术及产品团队，保障项目高质量交付。

Job Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with no less than 3 years of mobile development experience. 2.Proficient in Android or iOS development, with solid experience in cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native, etc.). 3.Familiar with any 3D rendering engine such as Three.js, Godot, Unity, UE or Filament; possess solid computer graphics knowledge and capabilities in 3D performance optimization. 4.Have basic understanding of on-device LLM applications, Agent concepts or AI interaction; candidates with experience in AI-driven interaction, game or large-scale App development are preferred. 5.Demonstrate strong capabilities in architecture design and problem troubleshooting, with in-depth command of best practices for AI coding. 6.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, as well as excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills (with algorithm, art and engineering teams). 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上移动端开发经验； 2、精通 Android 或 iOS 开发，并具备扎实的跨端开发经验（Flutter / React Native 等）； 3、熟悉 Three.js/Godot/Unity/UE/Filament等任一3D渲染引擎，具备良好的图形学基础与 3D 性能优化能力； 4、对大模型端侧应用、Agent 概念或 AI 互动有一定了解，有 AI 驱动互动、游戏或大型 App 开发经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的架构设计与问题排查能力，深度掌握 AI Coding 最佳实践范式； 6、具备极强的责任心、自驱力以及优秀的跨团队（算法、美术、工程）协作与沟通能力。
