Build user, regional, and business analysis frameworks to identify business challenges, growth opportunities, and actionable insights. 3. Analyze user behavior, lifecycle, and business performance to uncover key drivers of growth and user value. 4. Support global monetization strategy analysis, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and benefit optimization. 5. Track business goals and performance, establish data monitoring and review mechanisms, and drive continuous improvement. 6. Explore new growth opportunities in AI products, creator ecosystems, and platform businesses, and support business model validation. 7. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to turn data insights into business actions.

1. 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business analytics, data analytics, user growth, or monetization, with international business experience preferred. 2. Strong business understanding and user insights capabilities, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions through data analysis. 3. Experience with internet products, growth strategies, subscription business models, and user lifecycle analysis. 4. Understanding of overseas markets such as the US, Europe, and Japan/Korea, with the ability to identify regional business differences. 5. Strong data skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and common analytics tools. 6. Strong analytical thinking and business sense, with the ability to drive the full cycle from data analysis to actionable business recommendations. 7. Experience in AI, SaaS, gaming, creator tools, marketplaces, or platform businesses is a plus. 8. Professional working proficiency in English.
