‑ Demand management: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and front‑line warehouse & logistics teams, prioritize demands, compile requirement documents, and drive implementation across R&D, process and operation teams. ‑ Issue tracking: Lead follow‑up on abnormal and batch‑impact issues. Organize root‑cause analysis, formulate solutions, monitor improvement progress, and ensure full‑loop closure to prevent recurring problems. ‑ Data analysis: Regularly analyze core supply‑chain metrics including lead time, cost, quality and exception rate. Identify hidden risks, discover optimization opportunities and put forward improvement proposals. ‑ Project delivery: Lead or participate in special supply‑chain optimization projects, covering process improvement, system development, overdue‑order fulfillment handling and quality upgrading. Track the whole project lifecycle from initiation to final launch. ‑ Cross‑functional liaison: Act as the bridge connecting supply‑chain, product, R&D and business teams. Translate business requests into supply‑chain requirements and convert supply‑chain‑related pain points into clear‑defined product demands.

  • 逻辑清晰，能从复杂问题中抽丝剥茧找到根因；
  • 沟通协调能力强——要推动不同团队一起做事；
  • 结果导向，不做"传声筒"，要做"终结者"——问题到你这就得有下文；
  • 数据敏感，能用数据发现问题、产出产品方案支撑决策，不靠拍脑袋；

‑ 3 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain product management, product operations or project management. Background in manufacturing, e‑commerce or 3D‑printing industries is preferred. ‑ Strong logical thinking capability, able to dig out root causes from complicated problems. ‑ Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive cross‑team collaboration and delivery. ‑ Result‑oriented mindset. You are a problem‑solver rather than a mere messenger; every issue assigned shall be followed up to a concrete outcome. ‑ Data‑driven awareness. Capable of identifying problems via data insights and delivering product‑oriented solutions to support decision‑making, instead of making subjective judgments
