Als administratief bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze dagelijkse werking. Je ondersteunt de administratie en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen efficiënt en correct verloopt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van telefoons en e-mails.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, facturen en bestelbonnen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van administratieve documenten.
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van schoonmaakopdrachten.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en medewerkers.
  • Opvolgen van werkroosters, prestaties en afwezigheden.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantengegevens.
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van de zaakvoerder en het team.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en georganiseerde collega die zelfstandig kan werken en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Je profiel:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en efficiënt.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office, zoals Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
