Jobomschrijving

Voor onze productiesite in een processplant zoeken wij een administratief sterke en communicatieve collega die tijdelijk een collega vervangt. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gegevens van onze technische goederen correct en up-to-date in onze systemen staan, zodat magazijn, onderhoud en aankoop vlot kunnen werken.

Jouw taken

  • Artikelbeheer in SAP: je maakt technische artikelen aan en onderhoudt ze (article creation en maintenance) voor onze processplant.
  • Inforecords in SAP: je creëert en onderhoudt de inforecords van deze artikelen. Zo leg je de link tussen de leveranciersgegevens en onze interne artikelgegevens (prijs, levertermijn, artikelnummer van de leverancier, ...). Je werkt hiervoor in de SAP-modules Warehouse, Material en Purchasing.
  • Smeerprogramma: je onderhoudt de gegevens van het smeerprogramma van de fabriek in een Access-database.
  • Contacten: je werkt nauw samen met het magazijn en de onderhoudsdienst, en onderhoudt contact met externe leveranciers.
  • Je bent 3 dagen per week beschikbaar in dagdienst.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP.
  • Kennis van Material Management, Warehouse Management en/of Procurement is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent administratief sterk: nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar in het beheren van data.
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel met interne collega’s (magazijn, onderhoud) als met externe leveranciers.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en snel inwerken
