Dinair Filton ir viens no Dinair grupas gaisa filtru ražošanas uzņēmumiem, un ietilpst pasaules lielākajā gaisa filtru ražošanas uzņēmumā AAF (American Air Filter).

Dinair Filton ražo gaisa filtrus kopš 2006.gada, un šo 20 gadu laikā esam izauguši par starptautisku uzņēmumu, kas nodrošina vairāk, kā 270 darba vietas Olainē.

Daudzpusīgs IT atbalsta speciālista amats, kura galvenais uzdevums ir nodrošināt uzņēmuma ikdienas IT infrastruktūras un sistēmu nepārtrauktu darbību, sniegt lietotāju atbalstu un sadarboties ar starptautisku IT komandu uzņēmuma IT risinājumu pilnveidošanā.

Tavi galvenie pienākumi būs:

  • Nodrošināt profesionālu IT atbalstu uzņēmuma darbiniekiem, risinot ar aparatūru, programmatūru un IT sistēmām saistītus jautājumus un tehniskās problēmas;
  • Instalēt, konfigurēt, uzturēt un diagnosticēt datorus, mobilās ierīces, printerus, skenerus un citas lietotāju darba vietu iekārtas;
  • Pārvaldīt lietotāju kontus, piekļuves tiesības un ierīces atbilstoši uzņēmuma informācijas drošības politikām;
  • Sniegt lietotāju atbalstu darbā ar Outlook, Teams, OneDrive un SharePoint;
  • Reģistrēt, prioritizēt un risināt IT jautājumus un servisa pieprasījumus IT pakalpojumu pārvaldības sistēmā, nodrošinot to izpildi atbilstoši noteiktajiem servisa līmeņa nosacījumiem;
  • Sniegt lietotājiem konsultācijas un apmācības, veicinot efektīvu digitālo rīku un IT sistēmu izmantošanu;
  • Veikt IT aktīvu un programmatūras licenču uzskaiti, inventarizāciju un atbalstu auditu laikā;
  • Atbalstīt datortīklu, lokālās IT infrastruktūras un ražošanas IT risinājumu ikdienas darbību;
  • Operatīvi reaģēt uz IT problēmsituācijām ražošanas vidē, kur būtiska ir IT sistēmu un tīkla nepārtraukta darbība.

Mēs sagaidām, ka Tev ir:

  • Vismaz 1 gada pieredze IT atbalsta, Helpdesk vai līdzīgā amatā;
  • Augstākā vai profesionālā izglītība IT vai saistītā jomā (var būt arī iegūšanas procesā);
  • Labas zināšanas Windows operētājsistēmās, datoru aparatūrā un to uzturēšanā;
  • Izpratne par datortīkliem, IT infrastruktūru un informācijas drošības pamatprincipiem;
  • Pieredze Microsoft 365 lietotāju atbalstā;
  • Vēlama pieredze Microsoft Active Directory un/vai Microsoft Entra ID lietotāju administrēšanā;
  • Vēlama pieredze darbā ar IT pakalpojumu pārvaldības sistēmām (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow vai līdzīgām);
  • Labas problēmu analīzes un tehnisko jautājumu risināšanas prasmes;
  • Brīvas latviešu valodas zināšanas un spēja profesionāli komunicēt angļu valodā ikdienas darbā;
  • Gatavība strādāt klātienē Olainē vismaz 4 darba dienas nedēļā.
