Om rollen

Som lager-, pack- och transportbokare hos oss på Dinair i Kinna arbetar du med att plocka, packa och förbereda varor för leverans. Rollen är varierad och innebär bland annat hantering av transporter, godsmottagning, truckkörning, administration och aktivt förbättringsarbete.

Du samarbetar nära kollegor i produktion och lager och bidrar till att våra kunder får rätt produkter i rätt tid.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Lager

  • Packa, plocka och förbereda varor för leverans
  • Beräkna volym och flakmeter
  • Godsmottagning och inleverans av artiklar i affärssystem
  • Plock till produktion
  • Lastning och lossning med motviktstruck
  • Truckkörning med ståstaplare, ledstaplare och höglyftande plocktruck
  • Hantera och organisera varor på lagret
  • Inventering
  • Containertömning av tungt gods
  • Avfallshantering

Transport och administration

  • Boka transporter och säkerställa att leveranser sker i tid
  • Hantera och organisera transportdokument såsom fraktsedlar och tullhandlingar
  • Hantera fakturering i samband med bokad transport
  • Säkerställa att bokningar utförs enligt transportörers riktlinjer
  • Dokumentera och följa upp transporter
  • Kommunicera med kunder, transportörer och säljare kring transport och eventuella avvikelser

Kvalitet och säkerhet

  • Säkerställa att allt arbete utförs enligt företagets riktlinjer och säkerhetsföreskrifter
  • Aktivt bidra till förbättringsarbete och 5S

Vem är du?

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du:

  • Är ansvarsfull, flexibel och lösningsorienterad
  • Kan arbeta självständigt men också trivs i team
  • Klarar av att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt och arbeta under tidspress
  • Är noggrann och strukturerad
  • Kan läsa och följa instruktioner (SOP:er)
  • Har god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska

Krav

  • Truckkort A & B (enligt TLP10 eller likvärdigt)
  • B-körkort
  • Erfarenhet av lagerarbete
  • Avslutad gymnasieutbildning
  • Van vid att arbeta med datorer och Officepaketet
  • Kan arbeta tvåskift vid behov

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av transportbokningar och kontakt med transportföretag
  • Erfarenhet av tull och fraktadministration
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i affärs- och TA-system
