Aangenaam, wij zijn aaff. Een van de grotere accountancy- en advieskantoren van Nederland. Met bijna 50 vestigingen en zo’n 2.000 collega’s krijg je bij ons de kansen van een grote organisatie én de betrokkenheid van een lokaal kantoor. Bij aaff:

Wat ga je doen als stagiair Salaris en Personeel?

Tijdens jouw stage bij aaff draai je écht mee in het team en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende opdrachten voor onze klanten. Dit zijn start-ups, familiebedrijven en gevestigde ondernemingen. Je ontwikkelt je vaktechnische én professionele vaardigheden, onder begeleiding van ervaren salarisprofessionals. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses kun je ervaring opdoen binnen o.a.:

  • Periodieke salarisverwerking
  • Ziekmeldingen
  • Pensioenfondsen
  • Loonbelasting

Zo ontdek je welk vakgebied het beste bij jou past.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen bij salarisverwerking, personeelsadministratie en advies.
  • Mutaties verzorgen, aan- en afmeldingen bij pensioenfondsen regelen, nota’s controleren
  • Klanten (na verloop van tijd) adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden en wet- en regelgeving.
  • Meewerken aan interessante en uitdagende opdrachten binnen Salaris & Personeel.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Kennis en ervaring: je volgt een mbo-opleiding in de richting salarisadministratie.

  • Mentaliteit: je werkt nauwkeurig, bent leergierig en hebt een proactieve houding.
