Voor een freelance opdracht zoeken we een ervaren Specialist Procesmanagement.

Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij het versterken van procesmatig werken. Je brengt processen in kaart, begeleidt verbetertrajecten en helpt teams om efficiënter en consistenter samen te werken. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een pragmatische aanpak rond procesmanagement en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Processen end-to-end in kaart brengen, analyseren en documenteren
  • Processen modelleren in BPMN
  • Workshops faciliteren met teams en stakeholders
  • Rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, controles en informatiestromen vastleggen
  • Knelpunten en verbeterkansen identificeren
  • Teams begeleiden bij procesoptimalisaties
  • Meewerken aan methodieken, governance en basisafspraken rond procesmanagement
  • Kennis delen en bijdragen aan een hogere maturiteit rond procesmatig werken

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met procesmanagement, procesbeschrijving en procesoptimalisatie
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met BPMN en digitale tools voor procesmodellering
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met het leiden en begeleiden van projecten en teams binnen procesoptimalisatie
  • Kennis van terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen binnen PM-methodologie
  • Ervaring binnen een overheidscontext, liefst binnen de Vlaamse overheid
  • Ervaring met het faciliteren van workshops
  • Nederlandstalig
