Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for conducting the approval process for parts intended for mass production and in the event of changes;
  • Daily collaboration with customers and suppliers;
  • Oversight of suppliers;
  • Participation in product development phases in accordance with APQP/VDA MLA principles;
  • Participating in system or process audits—first-, second-, and third-party;
  • Taking action when nonconformities in a product, process, or system are detected;
  • Coordinating and participating in processes related to complaints or reports from customers and to suppliers;
  • Analyzing and resolving quality issues;
  • Coordinating actions resulting from the analyses conducted;
  • Overseeing compliance with specific customer requirements within the organization;
  • Raising quality awareness in production departments;
  • Overseeing the quality of finished products;
  • Coordinating activities in areas under the department’s responsibility;
  • Initiating continuous improvement projects that impact quality levels;
  • Participating in the development of quality documentation and procedures;
  • Monitoring quality metrics.

  • Podejmowanie działań w przypadku wykrycia niezgodności produktu, procesu lub systemu;
  • Koordynowanie i udział w procesach związanych z reklamacjami lub zgłoszeniami od klientów oraz do dostawców;
  • Analizowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów jakościowych;
  • Koordynacja działań wynikłych z przeprowadzonych analiz;
  • Nadzór nad spełnianiem specyficznych wymagań klienta w organizacji;
  • Podnoszenie świadomości jakościowej na wydziałach produkcyjnych;
  • Nadzór nad jakością wyrobu gotowego;
  • Koordynowanie działań w obszarach leżących w odpowiedzialności działu;
  • Inicjowanie projektów ciągłego doskonalenia wpływających na poziom jakości;
  • Udział w tworzeniu dokumentacji oraz procedur jakościowych;
  • Nadzorowanie mierników jakościowych.

Required Skills and Education

Requirements:

  • A technical college degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
  • Practical knowledge of standards applicable in the automotive industry;
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools and methods;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient for fluent communication;
  • Knowledge of Lean Enterprise principles;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to organize work and manage time.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne;
  • Min.1 rok doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku, mile widziane w branży motoryzacyjnej;
  • Praktyczna znajomość norm obowiązujących w branży automotive;
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi i metod jakościowych;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację;
  • Znajomość zasad Lean Enterprise;
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole;
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy oraz zarządzania czasem.
