Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública; 5 años de experiencia en la posición de analista financiero en el ramo automotriz (deseable manufactura). Conocimiento de cálculo de Forecast, Budget. Manejo de Excel intermedio.

Job Description:

Sus principales responsabilidades serán: •Coordinar con usuarios reuniones de revisión de estatus de CIP •Creación y capitalización en sistema de activos fijos de acuerdo a fechas SORP •Elaboración y seguimiento del cumplimiento de Forecast & Budget de depreciación y amortización y proporcionar explicaciones sobre las variaciones •Realizar actividades de cierre de mes, cálculo de Depreciación y amortización, elaboración de reportes a la gerencia con explicaciones sobre las variaciones contra el presupuesto y el pronóstico mensual •Seguimiento de transferencias de activos con plantas hermanas • Elaboración y ejecución de calendario de inventario de Activo Fijo en las plantas del complejo •Seguimiento a bajas de activos fijos • Realizar conciliaciones de balance, así como la integración de diferencias y su resolución •Conciliación de activos con el equipo de Trade Compliance •Rollforwarsds de PP&E •Manejo de Oracle

Required Skills and Education

❖ Conocimiento y gestión de Activo Fijo ❖ Buena administración de sistemas informáticos (Word, Power Point, Project, Access) ❖ Buen manejo en Excel ❖ Consulta de Oracle (ERP) (deseable) ❖ Conocimiento contable, relacionado al activo fijo (deseable) ❖ Capacidad de redactar informes en inglés
