Dann verstärke unser Payroll-Team als fachliche Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle Abrechnungsthemen und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Payroll-Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung inklusive aller vor- und nachgelagerten Aktivitäten
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und fachliche Absicherung von Monats-, Jahreswechsel- und Jahresabschlussaktivitäten sowie Abstimmung mit Finance und Controlling
  • Fachliche Klärung komplexer lohnsteuer-, sozialversicherungs- und abrechnungsrechtlicher Fragestellungen sowie Umsetzung regulatorischer Änderungen
  • Sicherstellung von Payroll-Compliance, internen Kontrollen und revisionssicheren Prozessen einschließlich der Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und internen Schnittstellen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern und weiteren externen Partnern
  • Analyse, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen und Schnittstellen sowie Mitwirkung bei Systemanpassungen und Payroll-Projekten
  • Erstellung und Prüfung abrechnungsrelevanter Auswertungen, Rückstellungen und Abschlussaktivitäten sowie fachliche Unterstützung des Payroll-Teams bei komplexen Sachverhalten
  • Enge fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finance und Controlling, insbesondere bei Abstimmungen, Rückstellungen, Buchungen, Jahresabschluss und abrechnungsrelevanten Kontrollen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Qualifikation als Steuerfachangestellte/r, relevantes Studium oder vergleichbarer beruflicher Hintergrund
  • Mehr als zehn Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise in einem größeren oder international aufgestellten Unternehmensumfeld, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Payroll-Sachverhalte eigenständig zu bearbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie umfassende Erfahrung mit Payroll-Compliance, Betriebsprüfungen und komplexen steuerlichen Sachverhalten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem etablierten Payroll-System, z. B. SAP HCM, ADP, P&I LOGA, DATEV oder einer vergleichbaren Lösung - Erfahrung mit Strada und Workday von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Souveräne, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
