Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Abstimmung des Personalbedarfs und Anforderungsprofils bis zur Auswahl, Vertragserstellung und Vorbereitung des Onboardings
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften und Fachbereichen bei der Besetzung unterschiedlicher Fach- und Führungspositionen sowie Entwicklung passender Recruiting- und Sourcing-Strategien
  • Aktive Kandidatenansprache über geeignete Active-Sourcing-Kanäle, Aufbau relevanter Talent-Pipelines und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Candidate Experience
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Hochschulmarketing- und Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten, beispielsweise Kooperationen mit Hochschulen, Karriereveranstaltungen und zielgruppenspezifische Recruiting-Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei operativen und generalistischen Personalthemen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Personalbetreuung und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und People & Culture Themen, idealerweise in einem Private Equity Umfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften, professioneller Interviewführung, Profilauswahl und idealerweise im Active Sourcing über LinkedIn
  • Generalistisches HR-Verständnis und Bereitschaft, neben klassischen Recruiting-Aufgaben auch angrenzende Themen proaktiv zu unterstützen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Recruiting- und HR-Systemen - insbesondere Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Workday sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, verbindliches Auftreten sowie ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und Stakeholder
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
