The posting

Als Junior Accountmanager werk je mee aan de commerciële groei van Classid, een softwareplatform voor scholen en onderwijsinstellingen. Je volgt het volledige salestraject op: van eerste contact tot demo en opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met het team dat Classid verder uitbouwt.

In het begin ligt de focus op opvolging en ondersteuning bij demo's. Zodra je het product goed kent, geef je zelfstandig demo's bij klanten.

Wat doe je?

  • Je volgt inkomende leads en aanvragen van scholen actief op.
  • Je plant en coördineert demo's voor potentiële klanten.
  • Je gaat in het begin mee op demo's om het team te ondersteunen.
  • Je leert het Classid-platform grondig kennen zodat je later zelf demo's geeft.
  • Je stelt gerichte mailings op en verstuurt die via ons CRM-systeem.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe we ons doelpubliek beter bereiken en overtuigen.
  • Je beheert en update het CRM-systeem nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van alle commerciële contacten.
  • Je werkt samen met het product- en supportteam om feedback uit de markt door te geven.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in sales en technologie, idealiter ook in de onderwijssector.
  • Je communiceert vlot en schrijft helder en gestructureerd.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan. Ervaring met een CRM is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil groeien in sales en productkennis.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Ervaring in sales, marketing of customer success is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
