The posting

Bouw je graag klantenrelaties op en wil je verder groeien in sales? Als Junior Accountmanager in de koffiesector bezoek je professionele klanten en denk je mee over hun koffievoorziening. Je uitvalsbasis is Rotselaar, je werkgebied heel Vlaanderen.

Je bouwt een klantenportefeuille uit binnen de zorgsector, overheid en andere grote organisaties. Na een grondige opleiding leer je klanten adviseren over de producten, toestellen en dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met de Key Accountmanager en ondersteunt waar nodig.

  • Je bezoekt klanten, leert hun behoeften kennen en bouwt langdurige relaties op.
  • Je bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en adviseert over passende oplossingen voor hun koffievoorziening.
  • Je begeleidt productdemonstraties en proefplaatsingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de opstart van nieuwe klanten en volgt de samenwerking verder op.
  • Je herkent commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en neemt initiatief om die te benutten.
  • Je volgt contracten, verkoopcijfers en opportuniteiten op en houdt klantendossiers correct en actueel.

Je werkt minstens één dag per week op kantoor in Rotselaar. De overige dagen ben je op de baan bij klanten.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een eerste commerciële ervaring.
  • Je legt vlot contact en bouwt graag een vertrouwensband op met klanten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en volgt afspraken nauwgezet op.
  • Je durft te onderhandelen en gaat graag commerciële uitdagingen aan.
  • Je hebt interesse in koffie en wil de producten en de markt leren kennen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, waaronder Excel en PowerPoint, en met CRM-systemen.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je woont centraal in Vlaanderen en bent graag onderweg.
