2019 m. sausį, pirmieji Lietuvoje gavę specializuoto banko licenciją, orientuojamės į verslo paskolas ir mokėjimų paslaugas. Drąsiai jungiame skaitmenines technologijas ir praktišką požiūrį, taupydami partnerių laiką ir pastangas.

Kaip bankas, esame jauni ir sparčiai plečiamės – mūsų ambicija yra kasmet augti dvigubai ir tai daryti tvariai, vadovaujantis JT darnaus vystymosi tikslais.

Šiuo metu ieškome pastiprinimo ir kviečiame prisijungti į Paskolų administravimo specialistės (-o) poziciją.

ATSAKOMYBĖS

„Mano banke“ Tu nebūsi rutininių užduočių vykdytoja (-as). Kaip mūsų komandos narė (-ys) būsi savo procesų šeimininkė (-as), dirbsi kartu su kolegomis iš kitų padalinių ir reikšmingai prisidėsi prie bendro rezultato.

  • Administruosi paskolų sutartis banko sistemose;
  • Vykdysi paskolų išmokėjimus ir įmokų paskirstymą;
  • Administruosi paskolų užtikrinimo priemones - vykdysi jų monitoringą ir duomenų atnaujinimą;
  • Dalyvausi užtikrinant klientų sutartinių įsipareigojimų vykdymo kontrolę (mokumo, sąlygų laikymosi ir kt.);
  • Atliksi skolos likučio skaičiavimus bei kitas su paskolų administravimu susijusias operacijas Prisidėsi prie paskolų administravimo procesų efektyvinimo ir kokybės užtikrinimo.

TIKIMĖS, KAD TU:

  • Turi arba sieki įgyti patirties kreditavimo, paskolų administravimo ar kitoje susijusioje finansų srityje;
  • Turi aukštąjį arba sieki aukštojo išsilavinimo (finansų, apskaitos, ekonomikos ar vadybos srityje);
  • Gerai valdai MS Office, ypač Excel (skaičiavimai, lentelės, duomenų tikrinimas);
  • Esi kruopšti (-us), atsakinga (-as) ir orientuota (-as) į kokybišką rezultatą;
  • Gebi dirbti savarankiškai, aktyviai klausti bei mokytis naujų dalykų;
  • Turi geras lietuvių kalbos žinias, anglų kalbos pakanka darbiniam bendravimui;
  • Esi atvira (-as) pokyčiams ir nori augti finansų srityje.

MES SIŪLOME

  • 1700 - 2800 € (neatskaičius mokesčių) darbo užmokestį;
  • Privatų sveikatos draudimą;
  • 3 papildomas poilsio dienas per metus (po bandomojo laikotarpio);
  • Išmokas sutuoktuvių, vaiko gimimo proga, finansinė parama netekus šeimos nario;
  • Hibridinį darbo modelį;
  • Automobilio parkavimą Vilniuje Žaliojoje zonoje arba Vilniaus JUDU viešojo transporto bilietą.
