Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and optimizing SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint platforms, while supporting business-critical workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint environment setup, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance
  • Handle SharePoint migration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities across environments
  • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integrations
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of SharePoint applications
  • Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance or operational issues
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database management, performance tuning, and reporting support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements into SharePoint solutions
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server / Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with migration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in workflow automation using Power Automate or similar tools
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (database management, queries, performance optimization)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint customization (web parts, integrations, SPFx is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of application performance, monitoring, and availability management
  • Familiarity with Office 365 ecosystem and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Azure AD / security best practices
  • Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (SharePoint / M365)
