Szukamy osoby, która dołączy do dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmy produkcyjnej jako Główna Księgowa / Główny Księgowy. Poszukujemy profesjonalisty z wiedzą i doświadczeniem, który będzie nie tylko dbał o prawidłowość rozliczeń i sprawozdań, ale również będzie aktywnie uczestniczył w rozwoju działu księgowości, wdrażaniu usprawnień i współtworzeniu nowoczesnych standardów finansowych.

Miejsce pracy: Krosno

Główny zakres obowiązków

  • Nadzór nad pełną księgowością spółki produkcyjnej,
  • Sporządzanie sprawozdań finansowych i raportów dla zarządu, banków oraz instytucji zewnętrznych,
  • Odpowiedzialność za rozliczenia podatkowe i sporządzanie deklaracji (CIT, VAT, GUS),
  • Współpraca z urzędami: US, ZUS, GUS, NBP,
  • Zarządzanie kilkuosobowym zespołem księgowości (wsparcie merytoryczne i organizacyjne),
  • Kontrola poprawności zapisów księgowych i obiegu dokumentów finansowych,
  • Identyfikowanie obszarów do usprawnień w dziale księgowości,
  • Współpraca z audytorami zewnętrznymi oraz innymi działami w firmie.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (finanse, rachunkowość lub pokrewne),
  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (preferowane firmie produkcyjnej),
  • Znajomość przepisów podatkowych i ustawy o rachunkowości,
  • Biegła obsługa MS Excel,
  • Znajomość systemu ERP (np. IFS),
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i pracy pod presją czasu,
  • Elastyczność, otwartość na zmiany, dobra organizacja pracy,
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B1
