Ważna informacja o tym stanowisku: zadania specjalistyczne — naliczanie płac, deklaracje podatkowe (VAT, CIT, ZUS DRA), zamknięcie ksiąg — wykonuje nasza zewnętrzna firma audytorsko-księgowa. Ty skupiasz się na tym, co wymaga szybkości, bezpośredniego kontaktu i codziennej obecności.

Za co będziesz odpowiedzialny/a?

Obsługa pracowników tymczasowych

  • Rejestracja i wyrejestrowanie pracowników w ZUS (ZUA/ZWUA) — terminowo, codziennie
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemie Optima (umowy zlecenia, umowy o pracę)
  • Prowadzenie i aktualizacja elektronicznej dokumentacji pracowniczej (e-teczki)
  • Wystawianie świadectw pracy, zaświadczeń o zatrudnieniu i zarobkach
  • Monitorowanie terminów badań lekarskich i szkoleń BHP
  • Obsługa zajęć komorniczych (prowadzenie, rozliczanie, odpowiedzi w terminie 7 dni)
  • Obsługa PPK i PFRON — weryfikacja danych, generowanie plików
  • Wsparcie pracowników w bieżących sprawach kadrowych

Operacje finansowe i bankowe

  • Codzienny import wyciągów bankowych
  • Wystawianie faktur sprzedażowych dla klientów
  • Cash flow

Raportowanie i administracja

  • Raporty operacyjne i korespondencja z urzędami — pisma standardowe, wnioski przez ePUAP
  • Kompletowanie i weryfikacja danych do naliczenia wynagrodzeń
  • Współpraca z zewnętrzną firmą audytorsko-księgową jako punkt kontaktu

Nasze wymagania

  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w administracji kadrowej — najlepiej z pracownikami tymczasowymi
  • Praktyczna znajomość Optima (moduł kadrowo-płacowy) — min. 1 rok realnej pracy w systemie
  • Znajomość PUE ZUS — rejestracje, wyrejestrowania, obsługa e-ZLA
  • Obsługa bankowości elektronicznej
  • Excel — poziom roboczy (średnio-zaawansowany)
  • Doświadczenie z dokumentacją kadrową: umowy, aneksy, świadectwa pracy, zaświadczenia
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze PFRON, PPK i zajęć komorniczych

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość modułu finansowego Optima (faktury, import wyciągów)
  • Praca wcześniej w agencji pracy tymczasowej
  • Doświadczenie przy optymalizacji procesów
