Como Representante de Ventas, tendrás la oportunidad de asegurar el resultado de ventas a través de la promoción médica con el uso adecuado de herramientas y de la implementación de las estrategias de negocio para el logro de objetivos. Que harás Implementar las estrategias establecidas por la compañía para generar los objetivos de ventas, a través de la adecuada promoción de los productos y uso de las herramientas disponibles para la generación de la demanda. Maximizar el potencial de un territorio con base a sus contribuciones de definición de un targeting adecuado a su universo médico, basado en los reportes de auditorias disponibles. Trabajo en hospitales, cunas, farmacias, autoservicios, clubes de precios, congresos médicos, participación en asociaciones médicas. Expandir el mercado a través de la captura de nuevos pacientes en el trabajo intrahospitalario. Poner en práctica habilidades de venta (Selling Skills) que permitan le permitan detectar estilos de comunicación y necesidades de los médicos para entregar un mensaje claro de los productos y establecer compromisos de prescripción con los médicos. Análisis e interpretación de indicadores de mercado, que le permitan generar planes de acción para el cumplimiento de las cuotas de venta. Estricto control y administración de la entrega de producto para evaluación profesional (muestra médica). Reportaras directamente al Gerente de Distrito. Cualificaciones requeridas Titulado en Licenciatura Áreas Económico-Administrativas, Químico-Biológicas, Humanidades. Idioma: Inglés intermedio. Manejo de office (excel, word, ppt). Manejo de Indicadores de Productividad y planeación de territorios. Disponibilidad para viajar a los alrededores: Playa del Cármen y Chetumal.
