JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE

  • 本ポジションはStructuralHeart事業部が販売をしているAmplatzer製品の営業チームStructural Intervention(SI)所属である。
  • 小児循環器内科、循環器内科、脳神経内科/外科と多科に渡って営業し心房中隔欠損症（ASD）や卵円孔開存症（PFO）動脈管開存症（PDA）に対する経皮的カテーテル閉鎖デバイスの拡販を行う。
  • マーケティングやTherapy Advancementと連携して活動するチームワークが求められ、問題解決能力・臨床知識・自身が本治療普及に重要な役割を果たしているという強いマインドが求められる。
  • 新規認定取得施設の立ち上げから携わり安全な手技実施の為、高度な臨床的サポートの重責を担う。

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Amplatzer製品（PFO/ASD/PDA）の営業活動
  • 医療機関への情報提供、製品提案、使用説明、導入支援、セミナーの企画/実施
  • カテーテル治療現場での手技立会、技術支援
  • 医師、技師、看護師とのリレーション構築
  • 学会・セミナーのサポート
  • 会社が企画する製品トレーニングに参加し、臨床および技術的な専門知識を維持すること。

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable)

  • マネージャーポジションではないため該当しない

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 営業活動に必要なスキル（プレゼンテーションスキル、問題解決スキル、コミュニケーションスキル）：特に競合がいる製品における経験を有しているとプラス
  • 担当施設・エリアを中心としたセミナーの企画・実施の経験があること。特に病病連携・病診連携に関わるものだとプラス
  • 基本的なコンピュータースキル（PowerPoint/Word/Excel）
  • 普通自動車免許を有し、日常的に運転が可能であること
  • 出張、病院での立会い業務に柔軟に対応できること（出張の頻度は多い）

KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • 大学または専門学校以上卒業
  • 循環器領域に対する知識

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 循環器内科医を対象とした製品群で、立会い活動の経験があるとプラス
  • Key Opinion Leaderとのプロジェクト経験があるとプラス
  • 脳神経内科/脳神経外科医への営業経験があるとプラス
  • 画像診断（特に心エコー画像）に精通しているとプラス
