Develop contingency plans for service disruptions, staffing challenges, facility issues, supplier delays, and other event-related risks.

7. Financial & Revenue Management

Manage catering revenue performance, food cost controls, labor utilization, and operational expenses. Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve cost recovery, increase operational efficiency, and achieve financial objectives.

8. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with administrative partners, corporate clients, executive stakeholders, and event sponsors. Serve as the primary escalation point for service concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

9. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies. Maintain operational standards that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices while promoting a safe working environment.

10. Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement

Utilize operational data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, program enhancements, process improvements, and long-term business growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
