Job Description

O cargo de Gerente de Educação Medica é fundamental tanto para construir e colocar em prática o plano estratégico da área, quanto para manter uma boa relação com os profissionais de saúde que vão passar pelos treinamentos e os palestrantes que vão ministrá-los. Essa pessoa fica responsável por coordenar as principais iniciativas junto com as áreas parceiras, como ISM, Eventos, Marketing, Assuntos Médicos, Regulatórios, Jurídico e Compliance. Um dos pontos mais importantes do trabalho é criar uma relação bem próxima com os profissionais de saúde, especialmente os palestrantes, para garantir que todos estejam falando a mesma língua, antecipar situações que exijam ação rápida e construir um ambiente de confiança. Além disso, define estratégias claras, faz planos bem estruturados para colocar em prática e lida com conflitos e conversas difíceis de forma transparente e positiva.

ATRIBUIÇÕES DO CARGO:

  • Trabalhar junto com os Speakers/KOLs da Allergan Aesthetics para criar conteúdos educativos, sempre buscando as oportunidades de aprendizado que realmente atendam à necessidade dos profissionais de saúde conforme o nível deles.
  • Ter um plano forte para engajar e se relacionar com os Speakers, mostrando que AMI AA está realmente presente e próxima dos profissionais de saúde.
  • Estar sempre em parceria com os HCPs, ouvindo o que eles precisam aprender e coletando feedbacks para ajudar no direcionamento do Plano Estratégico da AMI.
  • Ser o responsável por capturar as necessidades e estratégias dos profissionais de saúde e transformá-las em soluções de educação pensadas especialmente para cada grupo — estudantes, iniciantes, intermediários, avançados e Speakers.
  • Conduzir desde a ideia até a prática o desenvolvimento e execução dos planos táticos de educação médica, cuidando também do orçamento, dos fornecedores e acompanhando os resultados pelos KPIs.
  • Garantir que os treinamentos sejam realmente bons, impactando a prática clínica e levando à satisfação do paciente. (NPS)
  • Acompanhar os KPIs para capturar novos desafios e adaptar a estratégia educacional sempre que for preciso.
  • Conduzir projetos especiais alinhados com a estratégia da empresa, desde a criação até a implementação e avaliação dos resultados, como por exemplo os Centros Satélites.

Qualifications

FORMAÇÃO

  • Formação em biomedicina ou afins
  • Ser injetor(a)
  • Especialização/Pós-Graduação desejável em Dermatologia, Cirurgia Plástica ou Medicina Estética.
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente

EXPERIÊNCIA

  • Experiência sólida com Estética Médica/ Especialidadades
  • Habilidades em Educação ou Treinamento Médico.

Como parte do escopo da função, há um volume considerável de viagens. Disponibilidade para viajar cerca de 30% do tempo é essencial.
