The posting

Main Purpose of Job:

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and developing potential business opportunities for Braxtone’s Insurance Advisory Division across the GCC and wider target markets. The role focuses on researching prospective clients, identifying key decision-makers, obtaining accurate contact information, initiating professional outreach, and securing qualified meetings for the Advisory team.

The position supports the growth of advisory services including insurance company establishment, restructuring, run-off management, operational improvement, market entry, and other insurance-related consulting assignments.

Reporting To : Advisory Manager.

Job Description

  • Research and identify potential clients including insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, investors, and other relevant organizations.
  • Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy, and other senior executives.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects, decision-makers, contact details, and potential opportunities.
  • Conduct lead generation through professional networking platforms, industry directories, databases, events, referrals, email, and direct outreach.
  • Contact prospective clients and introduce Braxtone’s Advisory capabilities in a professional and targeted manner.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, opportunity potential, decision-making authority, and relevance to Braxtone’s services.
  • Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Advisory team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Monitor insurance-market developments to identify companies that may require restructuring, run-off, market-entry, operational, or other advisory support.
  • Coordinate with the Advisory Manager on priority markets, target accounts, campaigns, and business-development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, meetings secured, and opportunity status.
  • Prepare regular lead-generation and pipeline reports.

Essential Qualifications Required (Education/Experience/Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, business development, B2B sales support, market research, or a similar role.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of the GCC business environment and insurance sector is an advantage.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other professional prospecting and research tools.
