ABGi Technology recrute pour son client, un grand groupe du secteur de l’énergie, son futur Release Train Engineer Senior F/H, basé à Lyon ou Nanterre.

🔎 VOS MISSIONS

Dans le cadre de programmes menés en environnement Agile à l’échelle, vous aurez pour rôle de piloter et coordonner plusieurs équipes au sein d’un Agile Release Train.

Vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :

  • Piloter et coordonner le fonctionnement du train Agile ;
  • Préparer et animer les PI Planning et les principaux événements SAFe ;
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différentes équipes et parties prenantes ;
  • Identifier et suivre les dépendances, risques et points de blocage ;
  • Suivre les objectifs, indicateurs et métriques Agile ;
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’application des pratiques SAFe et Scrum ;
  • Favoriser l’amélioration continue du fonctionnement du train ;
  • Assurer un rôle de facilitateur et de coach auprès des équipes ;
  • Utiliser JIRA et Confluence pour le suivi des activités et le partage des informations.

🎯 NOTRE RECHERCHE

Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 années d’expérience en tant que Release Train Engineer ou Expert SAFe, avec une expérience significative dans le pilotage de trains Agile au sein d’environnements complexes.

Vous maîtrisez notamment :

  • SAFe et Scrum ;
  • L’animation de PI Planning ;
  • La coordination de plusieurs équipes Agile ;
  • La gestion des dépendances et des risques ;
  • Le suivi des métriques et de la performance Agile ;
  • Les démarches d’amélioration continue ;
  • JIRA et Confluence.

👤 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous disposez d’un fort leadership et d’excellentes capacités de facilitation, communication et coaching.

Vous êtes capable de fédérer plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes autour d’objectifs communs et êtes à l’aise dans des environnements complexes nécessitant coordination, organisation et prise de recul.

Poste basé à Lyon ou Nanterre, avec 50 % de télétravail.
