✨ EXPERTISE

Pour notre expertise Operations, nous accompagnons les entreprises à chaque étape de leur stratégie, en les aidant à transformer, digitaliser, optimiser leurs processus et à atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle. Nous intervenons sur la performance de la supply chain, l’optimisation des achats et des coûts d’énergie, ainsi que dans l’amélioration continue.

📋 CONTEXTE DE POSTE

ABGi Operations & Performance recherche un Responsable achats F/H pour rejoindre les équipes d'un de nos clients, acteur de l'industrie. Le poste sera basé près d'Avignon (84).

Mission de 6 mois, avec une possibilité de recrutement chez le client à l'issue.

🔎 VOS FUTURES MISSIONS

Dans un contexte de fort développement, vous interviendrez au sein de la direction achats. Votre rôle sera de mettre en oeuvre la politique d'acquisition auprès d'une équipe de 4 experts en achats matières premières.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Mettre en œuvre la politique Achats Responsable, en cohérence avec la stratégie du Groupe auprès de l'équipe acheteur matières premières.
  • Diagnostiquer et améliorer les procédures achats, en intégrant des leviers de digitalisation et d’efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Elaborer la segmentation achats, piloter le panel fournisseurs et anticiper les risques sur les catégories critiques.
  • Elaborer et suivre la feuille de route achats, créer et piloter les tableaux de bord de performance.
  • Instaurer une culture achat solide, orientée performance, collaboration et responsabilité.

🎯 VOS ATOUTS POUR CE POSTE

  • De formation Bac +5 Master ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation achats, vous souhaitez valoriser une expérience d’au moins 10 ans en tant que responsable des achats
  • Vous maitrisez les techniques d’achat (réglementation, normes, procédures) et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences analytiques ainsi qu’en négociation
  • Vous avez une expertise sur les achats Matières Premières
  • Vous avez travaillé dans des environnements internationaux, idéalement dans des secteurs industriels
  • Leadership, rigueur, éthique et esprit d’équipe sont les qualités requises pour ce poste

  • Poste basé proche d'Avignon (84)
  • Contrat : mission de conseil en portage salarial
  • Rémunération : 62K€ - 68K€ brut/annuel en fonction du profil
  • Prise de poste : immédiate
