Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Gestionar y coordinar la operatoria diaria de ingresos y egresos de productos y materiales, asegurando la continuidad y eficiencia de las operaciones logísticas de planta.
  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave del proceso, identificando desvíos y oportunidades de mejora para garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción y distribución.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Planning de Planta, Planeamiento Central y Calidad para asegurar una operación sincronizada y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
  • Analizar información operativa y elaborar reportes e informes para la toma de decisiones del equipo de Despacho y la Mini Planta Logística.
  • Asegurar la correcta registración y control de los movimientos de productos y materiales dentro de la planta.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar procesos, reducir tiempos operativos y aumentar la eficiencia del sector.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, garantizando la disponibilidad de producto para abastecer la demanda en tiempo y forma.

Requisitos y experiencia:

  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones vinculadas a logística, operaciones, supply chain o despacho será valorada.
  • Conocimientos de SAP y sistemas de gestión logística.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a la resolución de problemas, la mejora continua y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
