FUNZIONE AZIENDALE DI RIFERIMENTO

Entrerai a far parte del team Legal & Corporate Affairs, supportando l’implementazione della strategia di comunicazione corporate e contribuendo a raffornarne la reputazione.

LE TUE TASK:

Comunicazione Corporate

  • Supportare lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di iniziative di comunicazione esterna, collaborando con altri team interni su annunci, partnership e iniziative aziendali;
  • Collaborare con le agenzie di comunicazione esterne e monitorare l’efficacia delle iniziative di comunicazione;
  • Supportare la gestione e l’aggiornamento dei canali digitali corporate;
  • Collaborare con i team Corporate Affairs regionali e globali per supportare l’implementazione di campagne e iniziative internazionali.

Organizzazione Eventi & Comunicazione Interna

  • Supportare la pianificazione e la realizzazione di eventi;
  • Creare contenuti per la comunicazione interna per aumentare l’engagement dei dipendenti e diffondere i valori aziendali.

Supporto Operativo & Project Management

  • Monitorare scadenze, deliverable e budget dei progetti in corso;
  • Gestire la documentazione di progetto e le attività di reporting;
  • Fornire supporto amministrativo quotidiano per garantire la fluidita’ dell’esecuzione delle attivita’ del team.

CHI STIAMO CERCANDO:

  • Formazione: Laureando/a o neo-laureato/a Magistrale in Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche o materie affini;
  • Lingue: Ottima conoscenza di Italiano e Inglese (scritto e parlato), indispensabile per lavorare in un network internazionale;
  • Tech Skills: Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word e Power Point);
  • Soft Skills: proattivita’, curiosita’ e forte senso di ownership. Cerchiamo una persona flessibile, con attitudine al problem solving e che ami lavorare in team;
  • Costituisce un plus aver gia’ maturato un’esperienza di stage in ambienti simili.
