Wir sind eine Ad-Tech-Tochter eines großen europäischen E-Commerce-Konzerns. Mit CORTUA entwickeln wir ein KI-gestütztes System zur strategischen und operativen Steuerung von Amazon Advertising, das sich schrittweise zu einer Commerce Platform für Brands, Händler und Agenturen entwickelt.

Stellenbeschreibung

Dafür suchen wir dich als Customer Success Manager, der echte Kundennähe mit lösungsorientierter Beratung verbindet und unsere Kunden vom ersten Onboarding bis hin zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit dabei begleitet, mit unserer Software erfolgreich zu sein.

DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

  • Du begleitest neue Kunden durch das Onboarding und sorgst dafür, dass sie unsere Software von Beginn an sicher und zielgerichtet einsetzen.
  • Du betreust ein Portfolio von Bestandskunden, entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen die strategische Ausrichtung ihrer Amazon-Advertising-Aktivitäten weiter und machst ihren Erfolg anhand klarer Kennzahlen messbar.
  • Du bearbeitest Support Tickets eigenständig, findest schnell passende Lösungen und behältst dabei operative und strategische Themen deiner Kunden gleichzeitig im Blick.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Betreuungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter, damit unsere Kunden auch bei wachsender Zahl verlässlich und effizient betreut werden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams Sales und Produkt zusammen, sorgst für reibungslose Übergaben und bringst Kundenfeedback strukturiert in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software ein.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, etwa im SaaS- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld oder in einer Marketing-Agentur.
  • Du hast Interesse an den Themen Online-Marketing und Amazon Ads
  • Du baust schnell vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu deinen Kunden auf und erklärst auch komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugend.
  • Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen und Kundensituationen ein und wechselst flexibel zwischen strategischer Beratung und operativem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Erfolg deiner Kunden und hast Lust, unsere Betreuungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Grundwissen in Amazon PPC mit, zum Beispiel aus einer PPC-Agentur oder einem Start-up, und hast bereits mit HubSpot und Google CSS gearbeitet.
