Das modulare, erweiterbare Backend basiert auf konkreten Anforderungen großer Marken und Händler im Enterprise-Segment. Es macht komplexe Prozesse effizienter, flexibler und skalierbarer. Aktuell bauen wir ein KI-natives Photostudio-SaaS-Produkt auf — ein strategisch hochpriorisiertes Projekt mit direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership- und Gründerteam.

SCAYLE STUDIOS ist unsere AI-Content-Plattform für Fashion-Visuals. Statt physischer Studioproduktion bildet sie die komplette Logik eines Fashion-Shoots digital ab: Produkte hochladen, Styles zusammenstellen, Modelle casten, Szene setzen, Assets generieren . Von On-Model und Ghost Mannequin bis Lifestyle und Kampagne. Was früher Wochen gedauert hat, entsteht heute in Minuten. Genutzt wird die Plattform von ABOUT YOU sowie von Enterprise-Brands und D2C-Labels in ganz Europa.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner:in für Key-Merchants sowie kontinuierliche Abstimmung zwischen internen Tech-/Produkt-Teams und den Anforderung der Merchants, um starke, langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Reviews und gemeinsamer Workshops mit Key-Merchants, um Performance-Kennzahlen zu präsentieren, neue KI-Funktionen vorzustellen und die Partnerschaft zu stärken
  • Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen innerhalb des Portfolios und entsprechende Ausrichtung kommerzieller Strategien – zur Förderung von Upsells, Cross-Sells und zur Steigerung des Bild- und Medienvolumens (z. B. Erweiterung von reinen Produktfotos hin zu Lifestyle-Aufnahmen oder lokalisierten Marketing-Inhalten)
  • Proaktives Handhaben von Eskalationen und Lösen von operationalen, technischen oder vertraglichen Herausforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, idealerweise im E-Commerce-, Mode- oder SaaS-Umfeld
  • Eine positive, überzeugende Ausstrahlung mit großer Begeisterungsfähigkeit und souveräner Kommunikationsstärke – in der Lage, Eskalationen zu lösen und Stakeholder über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg zu begeistern
  • Starkes Gespür für unsere Zielgruppe und ein tiefes Verständnis für die Strahlkraft, Anziehungskraft und Positionierung der Marke im visuellen KI-Markt
  • Vertrautheit mit kommerziellen E-Commerce-Workflows sowie starkes Interesse an oder grundlegendes Verständnis von generativen KI-Tools zur visuellen Content-Erstellung
  • Fähigkeit, sensible vertragliche oder operationelle Engpässe mit einer lösungsorientierten „Client-First“-Mentalität zu beheben
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
