The posting

abra's CRM Division is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Implementer.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Implementer to join our team in a role combining system implementation, user training, and ongoing support across both Cloud and On-Premises environments, including the Dynamics 365 Marketing module.

The role involves working closely with business users and technical teams, troubleshooting system issues, supporting business processes, and delivering effective training and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site training and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for end users.
  • Provide ongoing first-line support to business users and handle system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Investigate and reproduce system issues, perform testing, and conduct initial root-cause analysis.
  • Work closely with second-line support and technical teams through full issue resolution.
  • Support business processes within the Dynamics 365 Marketing module.
  • Create training materials and deliver knowledge transfer to users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Familiarity and experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, including key business processes and functionalities.
  • Practical experience in system implementation and user training.
  • Experience providing support to business users and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Ability to investigate and reproduce issues, perform tests, and conduct initial root-cause analysis.
  • Strong training and knowledge-transfer skills, with the ability to work with users at different levels of technical proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Availability to work on-site at customer locations as required.
