Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Sênior para atuação em uma grande empresa de Tecnologia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidadesResponsável pela liderança, priorização e acompanhamento do portfólio de projetos, garantindo visibilidade sobre o andamento das iniciativas, a alocação de recursos e o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da organização.Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos, ferramentas e práticas de gestão de projetos, contribuindo para a padronização de metodologias, o aumento da maturidade do time e a eficiência das entregas.Conduzir reuniões executivas e apresentações de status para a alta liderança, comunicando resultados, riscos, pontos críticos e planos de ação de forma estruturada, objetiva e orientada ao negócio.Elaborar, consolidar e analisar cronogramas, indicadores e relatórios gerenciais, utilizando MS Project e ferramentas similares para acompanhar o desempenho, identificar desvios e orientar a tomada de decisão.Gerenciar stakeholders em diferentes níveis hierárquicos, conduzindo negociações, alinhamentos estratégicos e tratativas de situações críticas, com foco na gestão de expectativas e na geração de resultados.Gerenciar proativamente riscos, orçamento, escopo, mudanças e dependências, antecipando desvios, propondo planos de mitigação e tomando decisões para assegurar a evolução e a entrega dos projetos.Exercer o papel de facilitador entre as equipes técnicas, áreas de negócio e alta liderança, garantindo alinhamento estratégico, integração entre as frentes de trabalho e resolução de impedimentos que possam comprometer os resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosExperiência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares, atuando como facilitador entre gerentes de projetos, equipes técnicas, áreas de negócio e alta liderança.Vivência em gestão de orçamento, escopo, riscos, mudanças e indicadores de desempenho, com atuação preventiva na identificação de desvios e definição de planos de ação.Domínio do MS Project ou similares para elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas, gestão de prazos, dependências e recursos.Experiência com metodologias Ágil (Scrum) e Tradicional (Cascata), com capacidade de adaptar práticas e ferramentas às necessidades de cada projeto.
