O(a) Gerente de Projetos SAP Sênior será responsável pela liderança estratégica de projetos SAP de alta complexidade e impacto no negócio, atuando como referência em governança, metodologia e tomada de decisão. Terá papel fundamental na condução de programas de rollout global, transformações para SAP S/4HANA e projetos críticos de grande escala.

Principais Responsabilidades Liderar projetos e programas SAP complexos, garantindo alinhamento estratégico com os objetivos do negócio. Atuar como responsável máximo pela aplicação e governança da metodologia SAP Activate, assegurando excelência na execução. Conduzir projetos de rollout global, migração para SAP S/4HANA e iniciativas de transformação digital. Gerenciar múltiplos times simultaneamente (funcional, técnico, fábrica ABAP, parceiros e fornecedores). Estabelecer e controlar estratégias de gestão de riscos, mudanças, comunicação e stakeholders. Atuar diretamente na gestão da fábrica ABAP, definindo prioridades, validando escopo, acompanhando entregas e assegurando qualidade técnica. Conduzir comitês executivos, reportes estratégicos e apresentações para alta liderança, em português e inglês. Garantir aderência a padrões corporativos, compliance, qualidade e governança de TI. Atuar como mentor de gerentes de projetos mais juniores e apoiar a maturidade da gestão de projetos na organização.

Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência comprovada de 8 a 10 anos em projetos SAP, com forte atuação em rollout global e migração para SAP S/4HANA. Domínio sólido da metodologia SAP Activate, com atuação prática em projetos de grande porte. Inglês fluente obrigatório, com experiência comprovada em projetos internacionais e interação com stakeholders globais. Vivência prática e estratégica na gestão de fábrica ABAP, incluindo controle de demandas, escopo, prazos e qualidade. Experiência em ambientes corporativos complexos, projetos críticos e estruturas matriciais.
