Collaborateur administratif, Marketing & pilotage de gestion

Au sein de ABV Environment, société de consultance spécialisée dans les études environnementales et techniques, l’assistant administratif, marketing et support opérationnel contribue au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise et au développement de sa visibilité.

La fonction combine trois dimensions principales :

  • support administratif et organisationnel
  • suivi de l’activité et structuration des projets
  • développement et support marketing

Le rôle est transversal et se situe à l’interface entre :

  • les consultants
  • les chefs de projet
  • la direction

L’objectif est de faciliter l’organisation interne, améliorer la visibilité des activités et soutenir le développement de l’entreprise.

Missions principales

Support administratif, marketing et communication ​

Administration

Participer au bon fonctionnement administratif des activités (clients, missions, consultants, suivi administratif, etc.)

Marketing

Contribuer à la mise en place d'actions marketing (campagnes d’information ou de mailing, suivi des performances, référencement, etc.)

Communication

Contribuer au développement de la visibilité de l’entreprise (réseaux sociaux, présentations, site internet, etc.)

Support digital, reporting et tableaux de bord et amélioration des processus

Reporting et KPI

Contribuer au pilotage de la performance des projets et production régulière de tableaux de bord (suivi des heures, rentabilité, analyse des performances, etc.)

Outils et processus

Participer à la structuration des pratiques internes (optimisation des bases de données, automatisation des reporting, amélioration de la qualité des données, ect.)

Support digital

Participer à la gestion et à l’utilisation des outils numériques de l’entreprise (outils Office 365, Odoo, intégration IA, etc.)

Profil recherché

Formation

Bachelier en gestion, marketing, administration ou expérience équivalente

Compétences techniques

Excellente maîtrise d’Excel

Bonne capacité d’analyse

Appétence pour les chiffres et les indicateurs

Connaissance d’un ERP (Odoo ou équivalent) est un atout

Compétences personnelles

Rigueur et sens de l’organisation

Esprit analytique

Autonomie

Proactivité

Bonne communication avec des profils techniques

Capacité à structurer l’information
