Deine Qualifikation

  • Abschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen, vorzugsweise im schulischen Umfeld.
  • Persönlichkeit: Empathisch, wertschätzend, zuverlässig und kommunikationsstark.
  • Pädagogisches Gespür: Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen junger Menschen.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften, Eltern und weiteren pädagogischen Fachkräften.
  • Eigeninitiative: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens C1.
