Als Holding im Bereich der Spezialdiagnostik entwickeln wir unsere Standorte kontinuierlich weiter – fachlich, organisatorisch und technologisch. Für unsere Pathologie-Standorte in Oldenburg und Wilhelmshaven suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernehmen und die Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Standorte aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Die Position verbindet wirtschaftliche Verantwortung mit strategischer Weiterentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit den ärztlichen Leitungen schaffen Sie die Voraussetzungen für moderne Strukturen, begleiten Veränderungsprozesse und entwickeln unsere Standorte nachhaltig weiter.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere Pathologie-Standorte in der Region Nordwest einschließlich Budget-, Ergebnis- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsverantwortung (P&L)
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Standorte sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Wachstums-, Investitions- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
  • Steuerung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung standortübergreifender Strukturen und Abläufe
  • Disziplinarische Führung der kaufmännischen Organisation sowie Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräfte und Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den ärztlichen Leitungen und Förderung einer vertrauensvollen, standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Repräsentation der Standorte gegenüber internen und externen Partnern sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Gesundheitsmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Führungsfunktion mit Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, einer MVZ-Struktur oder einer vergleichbar regulierten Branche
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Organisationen oder mehrerer Standorte
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Organisationsentwicklung, Changemanagement und Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessengruppen zusammenzubringen
  • Wertschätzender Führungsstil und Freude daran, Teams weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsfreude und eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verlässlichkeit
