Für unsere acht MVZ-Standorte in der Region Nord suchen wir dich ab dem 04.01. bzw. 01.02. als Operations Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist dort, wo es passiert: in unseren MVZ, Laboren und Instituten. Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass du in der Region zu Hause bist und unsere Standorte gut erreichst. Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Ärzt:innen und Teams vor Ort, sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe in Praxis und Labor rund laufen, und packst an, wenn es irgendwo hakt, ob bei Personalplanung, Prozessen oder im Tagesgeschäft. Du hast Lust, Standorte aktiv mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit den Menschen dort echte Verbesserungen umzusetzen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Wir suchen dich zunächst für ein Jahr als Elternzeitvertretung. Da unsere Gruppe weiter wächst, entstehen bei uns regelmäßig neue Aufgaben und Rollen. Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, finden wir gern gemeinsam eine Perspektive für dich über das Jahr hinaus.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Du bist für unsere acht MVZ-Standorte in der Region Nord verantwortlich und erste Ansprechperson, wenn es um alles Operative geht.
  • Du treibst Projekte direkt vor Ort voran, vom Praxisumbau über die Einführung neuer Software bis zur Organisation des Einkaufs und der Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur.
  • Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den ärztlichen Leitungen und den Teams in unseren MVZ, Laboren und Instituten.
  • Du begleitest neue Standorte auf ihrem Weg in die Academia Gruppe und sorgst dafür, dass sie schnell und reibungslos bei uns ankommen.

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du kennst dich im MVZ-Umfeld aus und weißt aus eigener Erfahrung, wie Praxis- und Laboralltag funktionieren.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Praxismanagement oder im operativen Bereich eines Gesundheitsunternehmens mit.
  • Du packst Dinge selbst an, behältst auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick und übernimmst gern Verantwortung.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gern im Team und bist für die Menschen an den Standorten eine verlässliche Anlaufstelle.
  • Du bist gern unterwegs und besuchst unsere Standorte in der Region Nord regelmäßig. Dafür steht dir ein Dienstwagen zur Verfügung.
