As a Senior Change Manager, you'll help shape how ACC delivers meaningful outcomes for New Zealanders through a range of typically large or complex initiatives – be that health services, technology or business initiatives. You'll partner with leaders and programme/project teams to develop change strategies and implementation activities that drive adoption, build capability and deliver sustainable results.

You'll join the Design and Change team within Change Delivery, part of ACC's Strategy, Engagement & Prevention group. You’ll be responsible for enabling the implementation of change processes in their entirety – from identifying impacts through to embedding and sustaining the change. You will also be expected to actively contribute to our change practice and mentor or support other team members.

The team is collaborative and delivery-focused and operates in a matrix structure. Practitioners currently work in a wide range of initiatives, including service redesign, technology platform introduction and digitalisation initiatives.

The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 to $152,430 based on experience. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
