Auxilia nas etapas do processo produtivo, abastecendo linhas e postos de trabalho com materiais, organizando insumos e apoiando a operação de máquinas e equipamentos conforme orientações da equipe. Atua seguindo procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e organização, contribuindo para o fluxo de produção e para o cumprimento das metas, com acompanhamento compatível com a senioridade júnior.

  • Abastecer linhas de produção e postos de trabalho com matérias-primas, componentes, embalagens e demais insumos, conforme as ordens de produção e as orientações recebidas.
  • Apoiar a operação de máquinas e equipamentos, realizando tarefas simples e repetitivas, sem alterar parâmetros ou efetuar ajustes técnicos sem autorização.
  • Separar, conferir e encaminhar materiais e produtos entre as etapas do processo, observando identificação, quantidades e instruções de movimentação.
  • Auxiliar na montagem, preparação, acabamento, embalagem ou acondicionamento dos produtos, de acordo com os procedimentos e padrões definidos pela empresa.
  • Inspecionar visualmente materiais e produtos durante as atividades, identificando defeitos, danos ou divergências e comunicando ocorrências ao responsável pela área.
  • Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado, recolher resíduos nos pontos indicados e guardar ferramentas e materiais após o uso.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança, utilizar corretamente os equipamentos de proteção individual e seguir orientações de qualidade, higiene e prevenção de acidentes.
  • Preencher registros simples de produção quando solicitado, informar necessidades de reposição e comunicar paradas, falhas ou situações que possam afetar o fluxo de trabalho.
  • Colaborar com a equipe no cumprimento das metas e prazos, participando de orientações e treinamentos e realizando outras tarefas compatíveis com a função.
