Als atelierverantwoordelijke stuur je de dagelijkse werking van het samenbouwatelier aan.

  • Je beheert de productieopdrachten en volgt productie-orders op doorheen de volledige productieflow, in nauwe samenwerking met de engineering- & productiemanager en de werkvoorbereider. Je bewaakt daarbij ook de prio-opdrachten.
  • Je stuurt het atelier aan, inclusief laser-, plooi- en draaiwerk. Daarnaast maak je de personeelsplanning en bepaal je de bezetting van de productiecellen.
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van het atelier en stemt de werkplanning af met de werkvoorbereider en andere aansluitende diensten om de productieflow vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je overlegt met de tekenafdeling over de optimalisatie van het technisch ontwerp en ondersteunt de voorbereiding van leveringen naar de werf, samen met de magazijnier en de projectmanager.
  • Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde artikelen doorheen het volledige proces tot en met het geverfde eindproduct. Daarbij controleer je ook de productietekeningen van het atelier en waak je over veilig werken en het naleven van werkprocedures.
  • Je organiseert de voorbereiding van goederen voor verzending en het laden van goederen op transporten naar de werf. Je stuurt daarnaast een team van ongeveer 15 personen aan, deelt kennis binnen de afdeling, leidt medewerkers op aan de verschillende productiemachines en helpt waar nodig mee op de werkvloer.

Voor de functie van atelierverantwoordelijke zijn de volgende vereisten belangrijk.

  • Je hebt sterke technische kennis van rollen, lassen en samenstellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een duidelijk oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden en kan een team coachen, aansturen, motiveren en duidelijke lijnen uitzetten en bewaken.
  • Je communiceert vlot, proactief en professioneel, en kan ook medewerkers of contractanten die het Nederlands niet goed beheersen betrekken en aansturen.
  • Je hebt voldoende organisatorische vaardigheden en werkt stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht in een technische omgeving.
