Als Atelierverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van het atelier en de kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Je coacht en motiveert je team en zorgt ervoor dat alle opdrachten veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van monteurs.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en de orde en netheid van het atelier.
  • Controleren of veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
  • Zelf meewerken aan technische opdrachten, ook bij complexere werkzaamheden.
  • Uitvoeren van controles samen met klanten en ondersteunen bij specifieke montages.
  • Behandelen van klantklachten en opvolgen van schadegevallen.
  • Beheren van de voorraad en het collectieve gereedschap.
  • Instaan voor het onthaal, de opleiding en de opvolging van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden wanneer nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische of automotive omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke peoplemanagementvaardigheden en weet een team te motiveren.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en werkt zelf graag mee op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent organisatorisch en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en verbetering.
  • Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Veiligheid en klantentevredenheid staan voor jou centraal.
