Voor de vacature administratief bediende ben je een spilfiguur binnen het backoffice sales team.

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volgt commerciële dossiers en projecten correct op.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, stemt de interne communicatie af en zorgt voor een punctuele en nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in SAP en beheert de bijhorende documenten.
  • Je werkt offertes uit, volgt ze verder op en voert commerciële gesprekken met klanten.
  • Je schakelt intern en extern de juiste contactpersonen in en vormt de schakel tussen de binnen- en buitendienst, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt verkopers en vertegenwoordigers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jij bent een administratief talent dat zich thuis voelt in een klein, stabiel en ervaren team. Met jouw kennis van ERP-systemen zoals Navision of SAP en jouw ervaring in orderverwerking ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie.

  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en hebt goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
  • Je bent organisatorische sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en je kan zelfstandig werken, maar ook samenwerken met collega’s en een magazijnier
